Brands I’ve Worked With
Meet the Founder
I've spent the last 12 years wearing various hats in the marketing field, most recently as a VP of Marketing running brand strategy at scale for a global organization.
Along the way I grew multiple social media accounts from 0 to 1M+ and a Substack following to 140,000 subscribers, using the same approach I bring to every client: a clear voice, a real strategy behind the work, and the follow-through to keep it consistent.
I started Fireheart because small businesses and practices deserve that same level of strategy without needing a full-stack marketing department to get it.
When you work with me, you're not handed off to a team. I'm the one designing your brand, shaping your local lead generation strategy, and making sure every marketing touchpoint meets best practices, from the first conversation to launch.
If that sounds like the kind of marketing partner you're looking for, I'd love to hear about your business needs.
01 — Philosophy
Most small businesses are better than their websites let on.
You know your work is good. Your clients tell you so. But the site was built ten years ago by a family friend, or a template that never got customized, or a logo that made sense before the business became what it is now. The gap between the two is where trust leaks out before a prospective client ever picks up the phone.
A brand isn't just the logo or the color palette. It's what people say about your business through word-of-mouth, whether your tone and voice match across your website and how your employees great customers, whether a new visitor understands in ten seconds what you do and why they should trust you with it.
That gap between how good the business is and how it presents itself is the work. It's fixable and it's the thing most agencies skip past on their way to a bigger retainer.
“Good work deserves to look like good work.”
02 — Who I Work With
Small businesses and practices that need one person who understands their business goals, not a full-stack marketing department.
/01
The practice outgrowing DIY
A business whose reputation has outpaced its website. Referrals come in strong, but the site still looks like it was built in an afternoon.
/02
The business without a marketing person
Owner-operated, growing, and past the point where a Canva template and a cousin's advice are enough, but not at the size where a full-time hire makes sense.
This is a fit if:
You want one person handling the work directly, not an account manager relaying it
You're not tech-savvy and want someone who can explain decisions plainly
You have a specific project in mind: a new brand, a new site, or a cleanup of what exists
You want the work done well the first time, not iterated on for six months
/03
The founder mid-rebrand
The business has changed since the original branding was built. What used to fit no longer does, and it is time for a refresh.
This is not a fit if:
You want a full-service agency running paid ads, SEO, and PR alongside brand design or re-design
You're looking for the cheapest option available and a one-to-two week turnaround
You want someone to say yes to every request regardless of scope
You need daily social media posting and account management
03 — Approach
At Fireheart, our approach is always direct, practical, and built around your business needs.
Step 1:
Discovery call
Free, 20 minutes
We talk through where the business is now, what's not working, and whether a project or ongoing support makes more sense.
Step 4:
Ongoing Support
Optional, after launch
Once the project closes, about a third of clients move into a maintenance retainer for updates and small requests as they come up.
Step 3:
Review & Launch
Built-in revision rounds
You see the work and progress at each stage with customized touch points, not just at the end. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Step 2:
Design & Build
2 to 8 weeks depending on scope
Branding projects and social media strategy typically run a couple of weeks. Tone & voice, signage, and customer brand experience run about a month.
